Andrea Peterson

I have an extensive background in longitudinal health research, beginning with the Wisconsin Sleep Cohort and its sub-study, the Women’s Sleep Study. More recently, I spent a few years in the Department of Medicine, working on several clinical studies looking at the intersection of pulmonary disease and sleep-disordered breathing. I joined the MIDUS Biomarker project team in 2023. I enjoy working with our MIDUS participants to facilitate their research study visits, help them feel comfortable, and collect vital, indispensable health information. Our work ties together personal demographic and lifestyle information with biological health assessments as we look at factors affecting aging in the United States.
